HIGH FLOW BIO-X Vent autoclave filters are designed for critical applications where sterile air is required to break the vacuum, created by the condensation of steam in the autoclave chamber.
At the heart of the HIGH FLOW BIO-X Vent, Autoclave Filter Cartridge is the latest naturally hydrophobic PTFE impregnated microfibre.
With a cavity volume of 94%, this medium offers exceptional flow rates compared to membranes.
It removes all particles down to 0.01 micron, ensuring the removal of microorganisms including bacteria and viruses.
The filter cartridges are manufactured in a heat-sealed construction, and no adhesives or resins are used in their manufacture. The result is not only a product of exceptional quality, but also a very cost effective solution for the production of sterile air.
