As a partner of Parker Hannifin GmbH, we are responsible for the distribution of components from the well-known Parker Hannifin range of products and, based on existing business relationships, we look after the end-users and trade customers of Parker Hannifin.

We rely on the extensive and successful range of Parker's products - the big brands are: Parker domnick hunter, Parker Hiross and Parker Zander.

How can I easily find products?
The easiest way to find your desired product is to use our search function in the header of the website. If you know the exact article number of your product, you can also use the quick order function next to the search function.

Customer account & settings

How do I create a customer account?
You can create a customer account for our B2B ordering portal at any time. Just click on "Register" in the header of the website. Afterwards you can define your data for the account.

Can I register several delivery addresses?
In your customer account you can manage them under the menu option "delivery addresses". It is also possible to create several delivery addresses.
Where can I find my customer account?
After you have logged into your account, you will find your customer account in the header of the website. Here you can change your personal data.

What information can I find in my customer account?
In your customer account you will find information about your profile, user administration, delivery addresses, orders and invoices.
How can I log out?
You can log out of your customer account by clicking on the "Logout" button in the header of the website.

Order & order processing

What payment options do I have?
In our B2B shop you can pay all orders on account.
What does Quick-Order mean?
Quick-Order enables you to order products very quickly. All you have to do is enter the article number and quantity of the product you want to order.
You will find the Quick-Order function in the header of the website.
What happens to items that are not immediately available?
All articles which are not immediately available have a longer delivery time. This will be shown on the products.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail after each order. You can also find the oder confirmation in your customer account under orders.
Can I select a desired date for delivery?
You can select your desired delivery date in the order overview during the ordering process. 
Where do I see my outstanding orders? ​
You will find your outstanding orders in your customer account at the menu item "orders".
Can I cancel an order?
It is not possible to cancel current orders. However, you can use a complaint to return your product.
How can I complain about an order?
You can use the complaint form to make a complaint to us. After we have received your complaint, it will be examined and we will contact you.
Submitting the complaint is merely a transmission of information.

Please send us as much information as possible about your complaint.
