Stainless steel powder filter cartridges are manufactured using 316L stainless steel powder as the raw material, with no binders added, through high-temperature vacuum sinter ing. By selecting and matching the metal powder particle size and process parameters, the pore size and distribution of the f ilter element can be adjusted. Leveraging the raw material's pore structure, material composition, and compressive strength, porous metal sintered filter cartridges with a wide range of removal ratings are produced.
